When payment procedures are completed, an e-ticket will be sent to your registered email address.

SKY STAGE Rooftop Observation Area
The SHIBUYA SKY facility has a rooftop observation area called SKY STAGE. For the safety of visitors, as well as the above precautions, you are also requested to abide by the following in order to prevent any danger. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
To ensure the safety of visitors, the rooftop may be closed due to meteorological conditions, such as strong winds, rainfall, snowfall, the approach of thunderclouds, photochemical smog, abnormally high temperatures, etc. Your understanding is appreciated.
Prohibited Items:
It is prohibited to bring any of the following items onto the rooftop. Please store prohibited items in the lockers on the 46F before going up to the rooftop.

What are your business hours and final admission time?
A.
We are open from 09:00 to 23:00, and the final admission time is 22:00.

I might not make the final admission time. Can I still enter?
A.
No. Entries are not allowed after 22:00.

Are there any days on which you are closed?
A.
We are open year-round. However, there may be days on which the facility is closed for maintenance checks, etc.
In that case, notification will be posted beforehand on our website.

Can the specified date and time of admission be changed?
A.
Unused (not used for admission) tickets and QR codes can be exchanged for same-day tickets at the 14F SHIBUYA SKY ticket counter within 30 days before or after the scheduled date of admission specified at the time of purchase, including the scheduled date of admission.
At that time, you will have to join the queue for same-day tickets. Please understand that at busy times you may have to wait for a long time, and you may not be able to gain admission at your desired time due to tickets being sold out. (Also, exchanges may be refused on special business days, such as during the New Year’s holidays.)
When you visit, please bring your ticket purchase number or QR code as proof of purchase.

Can I cancel and get a refund after purchasing a ticket?

No. Cancellations and refunds cannot be made after purchase.

If we are unable to go onto the rooftop due to strong wind or bad weather, is there a refund or discount?
A.
There is no refund or discount after admission. However, unused (not used for admission) tickets and QR codes can be exchanged for same-day tickets at the 14F SHIBUYA SKY ticket counter within 30 days before or after the scheduled date of admission specified at the time of purchase, including the scheduled date of admission.

What should I do if I am late and arrive after the time specified on my ticket?

Admission is still possible on that day only, but please understand that at busy times you may have to wait for a long time and admission may be refused. The same applies in the case of public transport delays, etc.

Can I enter earlier than the specified time?

No. Please enter during the time specified on your ticket.

If the number of my companions increases after the purchase of tickets, can I purchase tickets for the same time for them?
A.
Tickets for the specified time can be purchased if still available but not if sold out.

Can I enter whenever I like with a same-day over-the-counter ticket?
A.
No. All tickets are for specified times. Even when you purchase a same-day over-the-counter ticket, tickets for your desired time may be sold out. Please be sure to enter during the time specified on your ticket.
Q.
I purchased multiple online tickets for others, but some of my companions do not have smartphones. What should they do to enter?
A.
QR codes for all companions will be sent to the email address of the person making the purchase. Either print all of the QR codes and distribute one QR code to each companion or, after all companions have assembled, scan all of the QR codes from the purchaser’s smartphone.

Disabled admission fees

Can I purchase online tickets with disabled admission fees?
A.
If you are purchasing tickets in advance online, please pay the full amount. On the day of your visit, before admission, show your tickets and disability certificate at the ticket counter, and the difference will be refunded. No refund will be made after admission.
Q.
Do disabled admission fees apply for persons accompanying disabled people?
A.
Disabled admission fees are applicable for a person possessing a disability certificate and one accompanying person.

Is it possible for electric wheelchairs and wheeled walkers for the elderly to enter?
A.
Yes, although there are some places on the rooftop that are out of bounds for such equipment.

Do you have car and bicycle parking space?
A.
SHIBUYA SCRAMBLE SQUARE does not have car or bicycle parking space or a forecourt. However, Shibuya Hikarie and Shibuya Stream are tie-up carparks offering parking services depending on total amount of purchases made.

The Paradise Lounge café and bar is on the 46th floor. Apart from here, it is prohibited to eat and drink in other areas.

Can I use a tripod or selfie stick to take photos?
A.
Such equipment can be used in the 46F indoor facility, although you may be asked not to do so at busy times. The use of such equipment on other floors and on the rooftop is prohibited.
